Your questions stay with us too.
At launch, the AI runs on well-known open-source models through a trusted provider’s API. Each request — and any part of your data it needs — goes there to be answered, and once it is there, their terms apply, not ours. At $5,000,000 we buy our own hardware and run those same models ourselves — and nothing leaves our hands.

After Level II, we build models of our own. If your data ever helps train them, it will be because you explicitly said yes. The default is no.

The parts people ask twice.
How does the paid waitlist work?
Choose Pro or Max and pay your first month — or a full year at a two-month discount — to hold your place. Your paid period starts the day your access opens, not the day you pay, and you can have a full refund at any time before then.
Is there a yearly option?
Yearly is the default, and it gets you two months free. Pro works out to $8.33 a month ($100 billed yearly, instead of $120), and Max to $41.67 a month ($500 billed yearly, instead of $600). Prefer to pay monthly? Pro is $10 and Max is $50.
Is there a free plan?
Not right now. Every account runs on models we pay to run, and we will not pay for free accounts with anyone’s data.
What am I paying for on Pro and Max?
The software and the parts of it that cost us money to run — computing power for the models, and encrypted storage and sync. Every app, Meetings included, is on every plan. Every plan also moves us toward Level II: our own hardware, and every model run in-house. Never for access to your data, because it is not for sale.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is held back or locked on the way out — download every piece of your data whenever you like, as often as you like.
Will these prices change?
$10 and $50 are where we are starting. They may change as we learn what it costs to run suum-exse well. If they do, you will hear it from us before it affects your plan.
Is there a discount for students or non-profits?
Not yet — it is too early. We expect to add student and non-profit pricing once we know what suum-exse costs to run.
Can a team share one plan?
Team billing arrives with the collaboration apps. Until then Pro and Max are per person, and Enterprise covers organisations that need central administration now.
